GIVEAWAY TOOL BY KUDOS.TV — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHAT THIS IS

Giveaway Tool by kudos.tv ("the Tool") is a free Twitch extension and web dashboard that lets streamers run giveaways on their Twitch channels. These terms govern your use of the Tool, including the Twitch extension, the dashboard at tools.kudos.tv, and associated services.

By using the Tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You access the Tool through your Twitch account. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. We don't create separate accounts — your Twitch identity is your identity here.

3. WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Run giveaways on your Twitch channel

- Customize the appearance of the viewer panel and OBS overlay

- Use the dashboard, popout controls, and extension panel as intended

- Enter giveaways on other streamers' channels

4. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

- Use the Tool to run illegal lotteries, gambling, or contests that violate local laws

- Manipulate giveaway results or exploit the entry system

- Use the Tool in any way that violates Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Tool's code

- Use automated tools or bots to enter giveaways

- Impersonate other users or submit fraudulent entries

5. GIVEAWAY RESPONSIBILITY

You (the streamer) are solely responsible for your giveaways. This includes:

- Ensuring your giveaway complies with local laws and regulations

- Fulfilling prizes you offer

- Setting appropriate eligibility rules

- Handling disputes with participants

kudos.tv provides the tool. We don't run your giveaways, pick your prizes, or enforce your rules.

6. THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS"

The Tool is free and provided without warranty. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee:

- 100% uptime or availability

- That giveaway results will be saved if your browser crashes

- That all Twitch API features will remain available

- Compatibility with future Twitch platform changes

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kudos.tv is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Tool, including lost giveaway data, missed entries, incorrect winner selections, or unfulfilled prizes.

8. DATA

9. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

10. TERMINATION

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using the Tool at any time by uninstalling the extension.
